We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional account based in Front Royal, VA. Drivers will run routes covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV (within 700 miles of the distribution center). This is a 100% touch freight position requiring live unloads at retail stores. Drivers average 1,500 miles per week with 16 stops per trailer. We would like drivers to have a doubles endorsement, but it is not required. Weekly home time is provided for a 34-hour reset.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Physically unload freight at retail stores (paid unloads)
- Run a minimum of 3 loads per week
- Operate safely in tight backing situations
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
- Complete ride-along training (up to 5 days, $150/day) and orientation shadow runs
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- 3 months experience required
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly average pay: $1,725
- Top pay: Up to $2,200 weekly (top 10% of drivers)
- Unload pay, weekly incentive & back haul pay
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
- Paid training and orientation
