As an over the road CDL Team Driver through all 48 states, you will be essential in ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods across long distances. Reporting to Dispatch and HR, you will utilize your core skills in commercial driving to operate semi-trucks and trailers efficiently. Your premium skills in handling automatic transmission trailers will enhance your performance in a no freight touch scenario. Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of OTR experince
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 4 weeks on the road and 5 days home
- CDL Class A
- Must speak basic English
- Clean driving record and good work history
- Authorized to work in the United States
Pay and Benefits
- Guarantee $2000 each driver for 6.000 miles
- $0.40 each for every extra mile driven
- $500 Referral bonus
- $100 to $500 DOT clean inspection bonus
- $100 each extra after 6 consecutive weeks on the road
- $100 per day per driver + lodging accommodations for breakdown support
