As a Class A OTR CDL Driver, you will be responsible for Must sign in goods across long distances while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining the integrity of the cargo. This role requires core skills in truck driving and commercial vehicle operation, along with mechanical knowledge to handle any minor repairs. Your premium skills in operating manual transmission and various trailer types will be essential.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Operate a manual transmission truck.
- 2 years truck driving experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Willing to be over the road for 2-3 weeks
- Experienced with e-logs
- Strong communication skills
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay will be 25% of the load rate on each load hauled.
- Review after 90 days
- Pay raise determined by performance metrics
- Potential to earn up to 30% of load rate
- Paid on a weekly basis after first 2 weeks. (1st week paid at the end of 2nd week)
- Bonus paid on performance and safety metrics
