Must sign inis seeking OTR Class A CDL company drivers to support our client based in Chicago, IL.Routes: Nationwide OTR- mostly east of I-35 (IL, WI, MN, ND, SD, IA, MO, KS, NE)
Mileage: Average of 2,0002,200 miles weekly (dependent on HOS and availability).
Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
No Forced Dispatch: Drivers are not required to operate in NYC.
Driving: 2021 or newer Freightliners, Cascadias, or Kenworths.

Requirements
- Active Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months
- Must reside within a commutable distance of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
- Base Pay: $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on experience ($1,400–$1,600 per week).
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $500 after first load and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional $0.03 CPM for safety, mileage, and productivity.
- Vacation Benefits: 1 Year = 1 week paid vacation. 3 Years = 2 weeks paid vacation. 7 Years = 3 weeks
