Our Class A Drivers deliver fresh organic produce to stores and restaurants and occasionally pick-up from farms and distributors. Our drivers are fundamental to our success.VV Offers: Competitive pay: $25-$30/hr DOE, flexible, and generous home time. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours weekly, plus over time available for local routes; Consistent routes and scheduling: We service California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico. Requirements
- AVAILABLE to work early morning hours and weekends; start times vary from Midnight – 5:00 AM
 - Reliable, cooperative, diligent, and efficient, with good customer service skills
 - Able to work both independently and as team members. Able to drive long shifts
 - Proficient in basic math and have good communication skills. Mechanical aptitude.
 - Expert backing skills. Maintain a clean driving record. Able to lift >55 lbs without assistance.
 - Valid commercial Class A driver’s license and DOT medical card and be an insurable driver
 - Knowledge of relevant Federal and State (DOT) hours of service regulations
 - Strong understanding of driver safety protocols
 - Understanding of acceptable produce quality at both pick-up and delivery points
 - Bi-lingual, Spanish/English, preferred
