I am a small woman owned trucking company, looking for a few hard working, honest, Class A CDL holders looking to partner with and grow! Currently I have been running mostly Midwest, where ever the best loads are. Usually 2 shorter (200 mile) haul loads per day, and staying otr for up to 2 weeks at a time. But lanes can be adjusted as needed with more home time. My unit is newer, automatic, with APU and a refridgerator. Pay varies depending on safety AND HUSTLE. Per diem food and showers.Experience in Operating

Requirements
- Clean MVR / drug screening / good attitude
- Ability to work as a team with me, and be OTR as needed.
- Lease to Own option available on my equipment, too!
- Owner Operators looking to lease on to my established and pristine authority, WANTED!
- Must be willing and able to do minor upkeep on their vehicle, as needed, on the road.
- Have a smart phone to use for work.
- Be knowledgable in HOS, and know how to work them to accomodate schedules as needed.
- Be knowledgable in ELD logging, as I have Motive/dashcam.
- I'm not opposed to having a dog co-pilot, or even a team.
- Safety and hustle is a must, along with flexibility to go the extra mile!
Pay and Benefits
- $1000 - $1250 to start with food and shower per diem
- Incremental raises there after, depending on team player attributes
- Owner Operators with their own equipment / negotiable percentage / skies the limit!
- Flexibilty with routes and drive time, I prefer to do 2 shorter (100-250 miles) runs each day
- One on one work directly with owner
- Let's learn from eachother! I am always open to suggestions.
- Pay every Friday.
