- Valid CDL‑A license - 3 months experience
- Driver unload required (rollers, no pallets/lumpers)
- Ability to handle 2–4 loads per week, 3–4 stops per load
- Comfortable with regional mileage across WA, OR, ID, MT
- Availability for both day and night shifts
- Must have safe authorized parking if living >50 miles from Ridgefield, WA
- Attend orientation (4–5 days, lodging provided, meals not included)
- Must be able to stay active and unload freight
