Requirements
- Operate dry van equipment across eastern regional lanes
- Haul 100% no‑touch freight
- Complete live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop‑and‑hook assignments
- Run 1,900–2,300 miles per week on average
- Home every two weeks - Day and night shifts available
- Weekend work required - Holiday work as needed
- Experience accepted: trainees or experienced drivers
- No endorsements required
- Must live within 200 miles of hiring zip code 23231
- Paid orientation, lodging and transportation provided
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,700
- Mileage pay: $0.55 CPM for 0–11 months experience
- Additional $0.01 CPM per year of experience (up to $0.65 CPM max)
