The Tanker Driver operates a tractor with a tanker trailer to pick up the product from the supplier and deliver to contracted facilities, following safety guidelines, industry regulations, as well as company protocols and procedures.Perform safe loading and unloading procedures
Conduct vehicle pre and post inspections to prevent damage/injury
Log and maintain accurate driving and inspection logs, and other applicable reports
Efficient communication with dispatch and other operation staff
Experience in Operating
- Bulk Commodity
- Hazmat
- Tanker
Requirements
- Must have Class A License with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
- Doubles/Triples endorsement
- Must have or be able to obtain TWIC card
- Must meet state and federal regulations and DOT requirements
- Acceptable driving record required
- Flexibility with schedule and ability to travel
- Tanker experience
- Prefer 2+ years fuel transportation experience
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to drive manual transmission
