Hotshot Owner-Operator wanted! CDL required. You cover fuel, maintenance, and upkeep. We provide loads, support, and run under our authority. Fair split: starts at 60/40, increases to 65/35 at 6 months, 70/30 after a year. All fees are split upfront - no hidden costs. Weekly pay, real Must sign in and respect for your work. Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Own Truck and Trailer (preferably flatbed, gooseneck, or car hauler setup)
- Active Commercial Auto Insurance (including liability and cargo coverage)
- Current DOT Medical Card
- FMCSA-Compliant Equipment (straps, chains, ELD, etc.)
- Clean Driving Record (minimal violations, no recent DUIs)
- Ability to Cover Own Fuel, Maintenance, and Repairs
- Knowledge of Weight Compliance and Load Securement
- Smartphone with Internet Access (for load apps, ELD, communication)
- Professional Communication and Time Management Skills
Pay and Benefits

- 60/40 Split Starting Pay (you take 60% after shared fees)
