- Must have CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year of verified experience
- Must have a valid DOT physical
- No more than 6 driving jobs in 3 years
- No texting or handheld phone violations while in CMV in past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol charges in past 5 years
- No truck abandonments
- Can only have 1 Serious moving violation in 3 years
- Can only have 2 minor violations in 3 years
- No more than 2 OOS violations in 3 years
