Job Description:
Atlas Energy seeks motivated and experienced CDL Class-A drivers to join our private fleet for local routes. Excellent Benefits 1st of the month after you start; Free Family Medical/Dental/Vision; Home Daily (If Local in the Permian Basin Area). Lodging Available for residents outside West TX!

Requirements
- CDL-A
- Valid CDL Class A driver's license
- Must be 23 years old or older at the time of hire.
- Clean driving record with an MVR review to ensure no unreasonable safety risks.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to one of the four pick-up locations.
- Doubles and/or Triples Endorsements required to start employment (or ability to obtain them ASAP)
- Safely operate a 2022 Mack automatic day cab truck with bottom drop trailers on local routes
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment are safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures as outlined by Atlas Sand.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly (Trip Logs).
Pay and Benefits
- $75,000-$80,000
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a Class A commercial vehicle.
- Successful completion of a background check and a FMCSA-approved driving test.
- Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and complete essential job functions such as
- Work 6 days on / 1 day off,6 days on / 8 days off with a rotating schedule of day and night shift
- Driving (100–150-mile radius).
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations, including hours of service and logbook entries.
- Operate vehicles equipped with inward and outward-facing cameras
- Transporting sand using bottom-drop trailers
