Hiring CDL A Driver for our growing company! OTR and Regional routes available!We are looking for a CDL A Driver who fits the following criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Located near Cincinnati/Dayton, OH or willing to commute.
- Has a clean driving history and safety record
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Experience in Operating
- Dry Van
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Located in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH or willing to commute
- Clean MVR
- Must pass drug test and background check
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay of $0.50 rate per mile
- Offer pay increase for hitting mileage amounts per month
- We pay for deadhead miles
- Offer a revenue sharing program where drivers can refer other drivers and get a share of the revenue
- Offer detention/layover pay
- Flexible schedules depending on driver's preference
- No driver facing cams
- No drop and hook loads
- Avoid complex cities like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles
