Requirements
- 6 Month recent experience
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No misdemeanors or felonies in the last 5 years
- No fail drug test ever and No DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 major accidents in the last. Years
- No physical required if you have a current DOT medical card
