Requirements
- 1 year of CDL driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- CDL from WY or PA preferred, can consider nationwide
- We need a driver who is interested to grow with his income
- 35+ years old preferred
Pay and Benefits
- 1099 contract with weekly pay at 27% of gross revenue: earn $12-16k per month
- Monthly gross between $44,000 - $60,000
- Experienced car haul dispatch service
- Opportunity to work under an experienced MC with a solid reputation
- Growth potential: We are looking for a driver who wants to grow with us and increase their earnings
- Mentoring +0.5% for each mentored driver for the first 12 months
- Monthly bonuses: No violations, Clean inspection, Top fuel economy etc
- Yearly bonuses: top3 gross, top3 safety, top3 fuel economy, Appreciation bonus raise every year
- Referral bonus after orientation + if he works 12 months
- Safety performers get new truck to drive (when company add it to the fleet)
