Experience in Operating
- Flatbed
- Step Deck/Low Boy
Requirements
- 1+ year OTR CDL-A experience
- 6+ months OTR Flatbed expreience
- Clean driving record
- No SAP program participation
- Skilled in securing loads with straps, chains, and tarps
- No DUIs or criminal charges
- OTR readiness: Willing to drive 3-4 weeks on the road
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Be highly motivated to drive, do work and make money
- Being polite
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly average earnings: $2,500+
- Solo, start with $0.70 cpm with an poptential increase every 2/3 months up to $0.75cpm for solo
- Team, Start with $0.80 cpm with an poptential increase every 2/3 months, loaded or unloaded and $75
- As many miles as you need
- $75 per load for tarping, $200 for partials and paid clean Inspections
- Paycheck second Friday
- We provide flight + uber, you can take the truck home
- No forced dispatch
