Full-Time | Owner Operator | Current as of Aug 7, 2025
Company location: TexasEquipment: Freightliner Cascasdia Dryvan.
Position: OTR.
Clean MVR preferred
Pay contracts;
50/50 net profit split after deduction of insurance and fuel
or
30 % flat of gross no deduction of insurance and fuel.
Schedule: Minimum 2 weeks OTR 1 week of
Airfare Provided for the first time
Experience: Minmum 2 yearsofexperience.

Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to operate from Texas
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of OTR (Over-The-Road) experience
- Must possess a valid CDL license
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) is preferred
- Must be able to stay OTR for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
- Must be willing to follow a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
- Must be able to operate a Freightliner Cascadia Dryvan
- Must choose between two pay options: 50/50 net profit split (after fuel and insurance) or 30% of gro
- Must be eligible and available for air travel (first-time airfare provided)
- Must demonstrate professionalism and reliability for long-haul assignments
Pay and Benefits
