Hiring Experienced OTR Step Deck Drivers West to East Runs.Tired of low-paying loads and constant BS? We're a small carrier that gets it, expensive partials only, no cheap fulls.
Strategy/Lanes
1. Pacific, WA -> Midwest -> Great Lakes -> Northeast
2. Northeast -> Great Lakes -> Midwest -> Pacific, WA
3. 2-3 trips per month
4. Each trip lasts 1-2 weeks
5. Pay is relative to trip completion, 1 completed trip = 1 payout

Experience in Operating
- Flatbed

- Step Deck/Low Boy
Requirements
- CDL
- 2 years of experience on the road
- Familiar with stepdecks or flatbeds
Pay and Benefits
- $500 sign on bonus after completing first trip
- 65 CPM
- $200 bonus per partial load (we do a-lot of partials!)
- $100 bonus per tarped load
