Requirements
- Minimum age of 23
- 2 years of verifiable experience, with at least 6 months of container experience
- Must have a current DOT medical certificate and physical long form valid for minimum 1 year
- Must not have had an overturn or jackknife accident within the last 5 years
- Must not be prohibited in the FMCSA Clearinghouse and not have an incomplete follow-up testing
- A police report must be provided for any accident or reportable incident within the previous 3 years
- Must not have had more than one DOT recordable preventable in the last year
- No more than 100 PSP points
- Must have a 2000 or newer truck
- Must have an EIN number
