Requirements
- Home Time: 7–10 days out per run
- Freight: 100% no‑touch
- Heavy haul & oversize
- Flatbed, step‑deck, RGN (6–9 axle), gooseneck, stretch
- Repositioning, high‑value, and escort loads
- National fuel discounts (often exceeding $5,000/year)
- Tire & maintenance discounts with major brands
- Flexible trailer configurations
Pay and Benefits
- Weekly Net: ~$3,200–$3,400 (after insurance & deductions)
- Monthly Net: ~$13,000
- Yearly Net: $165,000–$195,000 (+ up to $3,000 annual safety bonus)
- • 3‑Axle Tractor: 65% of linehaul • 4‑Axle Tractor: 66% of linehaul
- • Trailer Add‑On: • 2–3 Axle: +9.7% • 4–5 Axle: +10.7% • 6+ Axle: +11.7%
- Additional Pay: 100% paid on fuel surcharge, detention, tarps, stop‑offs, and layovers
- Fast onboarding: escrow & deductions begin Week 5
- Fuel card: 100% reimbursement paid
