Pars Must sign in is hiring CDL-A team drivers (no solos).Pay:
Option 1: $2,000/week each for up to 6,000 miles, +$0.80/mi over
Option 2: $0.75/mi split (6,500mi $2,437.50/week)
All 48 states | 4 weeks on / 5 days off
6+ mo. OTR exp required
Bonuses: referral, clean DOT, skip home time
Modern trucks, no-touch freight

Requirements
- 6 months OTR experience
- Clean records
- Legal status
- Drivers must have their own GPS
- Occupational Insurance for work-related injuries, weekly deduction of $36
- Escrow of $1,000, $250 deducted from the first 4 paychecks, refundable after 2 weeks’ notice
- Trip to Ottsville, PA is required,50% of their flight/car rental expenses reimbursable
Pay and Benefits
- Option 1: Guaranteed flat rate of $2000 each for 6000mi or less. Additional $0.80 as a team per mi
- Option 2: CPM compensation of $0.75 (split) all miles paid.
- Referral Bonus of $400.
- ''Skip Home Time'' Bonus for an extra $200 after 6 weeks on the road.
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonus of $100, $300 and $500.
