Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, or tankers, in a safe and efficient manner.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
2. Load and Unload Cargo:
Secure loads to ensure they are stable and comply with safety regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading as needed.

Requirements
- Possible extended time away from home, especially for over-the-road (OTR) positions.
- Strong navigation and route-planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to handle extended driving periods and potential loading/unloading duties.
- Prolonged sitting and driving.
- Familiarity with ELDs and various vehicle types (e.g., flatbed, reefer, tanker).
- Proven experience as a Class A CDL driver (specific years of experience may vary by employer).
- Endorsements such as HAZMAT, doubles/triples, or tanker may be required, depending on the job.
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Represent the company in a positive manner during deliveries.
